It is sadly not often that I feel so compelled to write and congratulate someone on such exceptional service, particularly in the field of recruitment. However in your case I felt it was more than warranted.
Having spent some nine months trying to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager through traditional recruitment methods, I was somewhat thrilled when in less than 2 weeks after being briefed you had found us the ‘perfect candidate’.
Your professionalism, commitment to seeing the job through to the end and gentle but very effective follow up has ensured that not only were we able to secure the candidate, we were able to manage the often difficult notice period and the dreaded counter offer. The candidate, as you know, started with us last week and I am as convinced now, as I was when I first met him that he will be a tremendous asset to our business.
