Dear Steven and Freyja

From the very first conversation, to the telephone call confirming that I had secured the position of Global Sourcing Manager with a major high street retailer, you have been by far the most professional and personable agency that I have ever worked with. Not only have you kept me up-to-date throughout the application and interview process, you have been immensely supportive and positive, even when things were taking longer than we had supposed.

Steven, you have demonstrated that there are good agents out there, and have really shown how badly other agencies manage themselves and their teams. They could take many lessons from you. Throughout the past few months, there has never been a time when you have not been there to support me through the interview stages, and the interest that you have shown has been amazing. After each stage we have had in-depth discussions about the interview, ensuring that I have been happy with the company in question, and to make sure that the role is right for me, and that I am right for them.

The feedback process has also been exemplary, with a full breakdown following each interview stage and directional advice on the next stages. You have obviously spent an incredible amount of time speaking to both parties to ensure that we both get the best possible feedback, and that we are both secure in the knowledge that we are working towards the same goal.

As you already know, I am going to be speaking to a number of people about Lann, and I will have no hesitation in recommending you and your team to former colleagues now and in the future.
